ALO is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for its Kings Road location in London, England. This role is integral to delivering the ALO experience and upholding the brand's mission of promoting mindful movement and community engagement. The Sales Associate will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming retail environment.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for achieving store sales goals by engaging with customers, providing product education, and creating authentic connections. Key duties include driving sales initiatives, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, and maintaining knowledge of store goals and new product launches. Additionally, the role involves assisting with visual merchandising, processing shipments, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Candidates should have prior experience in a client-centric sales environment and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Self-motivation, a desire to achieve results, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for entire shifts, and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing. Proof of the right to live and work in the UK is required.
