Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Kierland Commons

The Sales Associate at ALO's Kierland Commons location in Scottsdale, Arizona, plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that embodies the brand's commitment to mindful movement and community engagement. This part-time position focuses on achieving store sales goals by fostering genuine connections with customers and educating them about ALO's products and culture.

Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's Flow initiatives, providing a welcoming and easy-to-shop environment, and building lasting relationships with customers. The Sales Associate is also expected to process transactions and returns in accordance with company policies, stay informed about store goals and new product launches, and assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards. Additionally, the role involves supporting back-of-house operations such as processing shipments and ensuring timely replenishment of products on the sales floor.

Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for the entire shift. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve both individual and team results are also essential.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift length of four hours. All employees must be available during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
