Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Harbor East
The Sales Associate at ALO's Harbor East location in Baltimore, MD, plays a pivotal role in delivering the brand's mission of mindful movement and community engagement. The Sales Associate is integral to achieving store sales goals and upholding the ALO experience and brand standards.
Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency, and ensuring a friendly and easy-to-shop environment. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage. Additionally, the Sales Associate is expected to educate guests and staff on ALO's products, community, and culture, and assist in processing shipments and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric, sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team are essential.
Compensation for this position ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
