Additional duties encompass processing shipments, visual merchandising, and upholding both front and back-of-house procedures in accordance with company policies.
Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrate a passion for customer service, and align with Alo's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move throughout entire shifts. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve both individual and team results are essential qualities for success in this position.
The compensation for this role ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation.
