Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Galleria Edina

ALO is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for our Galleria Edina location in Edina, Minnesota. As a Sales Associate, you will be instrumental in achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects ALO's brand mission. This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to promoting mindful movement and community engagement.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include engaging with customers to provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment, driving and exceeding sales goals through ALO's initiatives, and educating guests about our products, community, and culture. You will also assist in processing shipments, ensuring product flow, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Additionally, you will be expected to resolve client needs quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team. You should be self-motivated, align with ALO's guiding principles, and be capable of constant movement around the store, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift.

Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, based on the needs of the business, with a shift minimum of 4 hours. All employees are expected to be available during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season.
