Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Flatiron
The Sales Associate at ALO's Flatiron location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's mission. This role involves creating genuine connections with customers, providing product education, and promoting the company's community and culture. The Sales Associate is expected to be knowledgeable about all aspects of ALO's products, including features, benefits, fabrics, usage, design, and care.
Key responsibilities include positively impacting the store environment in line with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's Flow initiatives, and ensuring a friendly and accessible shopping experience. The Sales Associate will build and maintain customer relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve introducing all facets of the ALO business model, leveraging company tools and incentives to meet store goals, resolving customer needs promptly, educating guests and staff about products and culture, and assisting with shipment processing and visual merchandising.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, alignment with ALO's guiding principles, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The role requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move throughout an entire shift.
Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation.
