Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Easton Town Center

The Sales Associate at ALO's Easton Town Center location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional guest experience. This role involves creating genuine connections with customers, providing product education, and embodying the brand's mission. ALO is dedicated to mindful movement, aiming to inspire better living through yoga and active lifestyles.

Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, ensuring customer engagement, and maintaining a friendly shopping environment. The Sales Associate will build and nurture client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve processing shipments, visual merchandising, and upholding store procedures.

Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move throughout entire shifts.
