The Sales Associate at ALO's Dadeland Mall location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves creating genuine connections with customers, educating them about ALO's products, and embodying the brand's mission of mindful movement. The Sales Associate is an integral part of the team, contributing to a positive store environment and upholding ALO's standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities include engaging with customers to provide a friendly and easy shopping experience, driving and exceeding sales goals through ALO's Flow initiatives, and maintaining effective sales floor coverage. The Sales Associate will also assist in processing shipments, ensuring product flow, and executing visual merchandising placements. Additionally, they will educate guests and staff on ALO's products, community, and culture, and resolve client needs promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capability to stand and move for an entire shift. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team are essential.

Part-time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of four hours. All employees must be available to work during ALO's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
