Sales Associate (Part-Time) - City Place

The Sales Associate at ALO's City Place location in West Palm Beach, Florida, plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the company's mission of promoting mindful movement. Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales goals by implementing ALO's Flow initiatives, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, and maintaining a friendly and easy-to-shop environment. The Sales Associate is also tasked with building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results, and assisting in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising and daily replenishment.

Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and the ability to align with and embody ALO's guiding principles. The position requires constant movement around the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift.

Compensation for this role ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
