Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Cherry Creek

The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga's Cherry Creek location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves creating authentic connections with guests, providing comprehensive product education, and promoting the brand's community and culture. The Sales Associate is a key member of the team, contributing to a positive store environment and upholding Alo's mission of mindful movement.

Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets through Alo's Flow initiatives, ensuring customer engagement, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. The Sales Associate will build and nurture client relationships, analyze sales reports in collaboration with leadership to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve processing shipments, visual merchandising, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with Alo's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move throughout entire shifts. Self-motivation and a desire to excel both individually and as part of a team are essential.

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
