The Sales Associate at ALO in Burlingame is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an authentic and engaging customer experience. Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales goals through ALO's Flow initiatives, providing a friendly and easy-to-shop environment, and building ongoing client relationships. The Sales Associate will analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results, support action plans, and identify growth opportunities. Additional duties involve ensuring effective sales floor coverage, educating guests on product features and benefits, and assisting in processing shipments and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team are essential.

Compensation for this part-time position ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with eligibility for monthly store incentives. Additional benefits include a clothing allowance, employee discount, access to ALO Moves, and other rewards as part of the total rewards package. Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours, and availability during the company's blackout period from the week of American Thanksgiving through the end of the holiday season is required.
