Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales goals by leading ALO's Flow initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency, and ensuring a friendly and easy-to-shop environment. The Sales Associate is expected to build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and support achieving action plans focusing on growth opportunities. Additionally, the role involves educating guests and staff on ALO's products, community, and culture, as well as assisting in processing shipments and ensuring product flow, including visual merchandising placement and daily replenishment excellence.
Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The candidate should be self-motivated with a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds, as well as the ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
