Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Brompton Road
The Sales Associate at ALO's Brompton Road location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand's mission. Key responsibilities include positively impacting the store environment in line with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's initiatives, and ensuring a friendly and accessible shopping experience. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve educating customers and staff about products, community, and culture, as well as assisting with visual merchandising and daily replenishment tasks.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and a self-motivated attitude aimed at achieving results both individually and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will foster genuine connections through empathy, compassion, and integrity, and align with ALO's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform various physical tasks such as bending and climbing, and stand for the entire shift. Proof of the right to live and work in the UK is required.
The Sales Associate is expected to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs. Availability during the holiday season, from the week of Thanksgiving through the first week of January, is essential.
