The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga's Broadway Plaza location in Walnut Creek, CA, plays a pivotal role in achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets by leading Alo's Flow initiatives, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, and maintaining a friendly and easy-to-shop environment. The Sales Associate is expected to build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and educate customers about the products, community, and culture. Additional duties involve processing shipments, visual merchandising, and ensuring all front and back-of-house procedures are executed in accordance with company policies.
Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and the ability to align with and embody Alo's guiding principles. The position requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team are essential.
Compensation for the Sales Associate position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility to participate in the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
