Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Brickell City Centre

The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga's Brickell City Centre location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves creating genuine connections with guests, providing product education, and promoting the brand's community and culture. Alo Yoga is dedicated to mindful movement, aiming to enhance lives both on and off the mat.

Key responsibilities include engaging with customers to provide a friendly and easy-to-shop environment, driving and exceeding sales goals through Alo's Flow initiatives, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage. The Sales Associate will also assist in processing shipments, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and executing front and back-of-house procedures in line with company policies.

Preferred qualifications for this position include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with Alo's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for the entire shift.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of four hours. All employees must be available during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
