Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets by implementing ALO's Flow initiatives, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment. The role also involves analyzing sales reports to strategize and deliver results, processing shipments, and ensuring proper product flow through visual merchandising and daily replenishment. Additionally, the Sales Associate is expected to educate guests and staff on products, community, and culture, while resolving client needs promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move throughout an entire shift. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team are essential.

Compensation for the Sales Associate position ranges from $16.50 to $18.50 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation.
