Sales Associate (Part-Time) - Biltmore Fashion Park
The Sales Associate at ALO's Biltmore Fashion Park location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves creating genuine connections with guests, providing product education, and promoting the brand's community and culture. The Sales Associate is expected to be well-versed in all aspects of product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care, and thrives in a team-oriented environment that values feedback and excellence.
Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in alignment with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's Flow initiatives, and ensuring a friendly and easy-to-shop environment for customers. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve processing shipments, visual merchandising, daily replenishment, and executing front and back of house procedures in accordance with company policies.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for an entire shift. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team are essential.
Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
