Sales Associate (Full-Time) - The Summit at Birmingham
The Sales Associate at Alo Yoga's Summit at Birmingham location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves creating genuine connections with customers, educating them about products, and promoting the brand's mission. The Sales Associate is an expert in product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care, and thrives in a team-oriented environment that values feedback and excellence.
Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in alignment with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through Alo's Flow initiatives, and ensuring customer engagement in a friendly shopping environment. The Sales Associate builds and maintains client relationships, analyzes reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensures effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve processing shipments, visual merchandising, daily replenishment, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with Alo's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move throughout entire shifts.
Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $13 to $17.75 per hour.
