Sales Associate (Full-Time) - The Fashion Mall at Keystone
The Sales Associate at ALO is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand's mission. This role involves creating genuine connections with customers, providing product education, and promoting the company's community and culture. Key responsibilities include positively impacting the store environment in line with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's Flow initiatives, and ensuring a friendly and accessible shopping experience. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve processing shipments, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and executing front and back of house procedures according to company policies.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for entire shifts. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team are essential.
Full-time non-exempt associates are expected to have open availability seven days a week, working between 32 to 40 hours. All employees must be available during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
