Sales Associate (Full-Time) - South Congress
The Sales Associate at ALO's South Congress location in Austin, TX, plays a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the company's mission of promoting mindful movement. Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales goals through ALO's Flow initiatives, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, and maintaining a friendly shopping environment. The Sales Associate is expected to build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and educate guests and staff on products and company culture. Additional duties involve processing shipments, visual merchandising, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and the ability to embody ALO's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement within the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move throughout entire shifts.
Full-time associates are expected to work between 32 to 40 hours per week with open availability, including during the company's Blackout period from Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
