Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Regent Street
The Sales Associate at ALO's Regent Street location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand's mission. This role involves creating authentic connections with customers, providing comprehensive product education, and promoting the ALO community and culture. The Sales Associate is expected to be well-versed in all aspects of product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care, and thrives in a team-oriented environment that values feedback and excellence.
Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in alignment with store leadership and company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets by leading ALO's initiatives, and optimizing productivity and efficiency. The Sales Associate ensures customer engagement by providing a friendly and accessible shopping environment, builds and maintains client relationships, analyzes reports in partnership with the leadership team to strategize and deliver results, and ensures effective sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives. Additional duties involve educating guests and staff on products, community, and culture, processing shipments, ensuring product flow, and supporting other areas of the business as needed.

Full-time associates are expected to work 32-40 hours per week, with 100% of their workweek on the sales floor. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet the needs of the business, which are subject to change.
