The Sales Associate at ALO's Covent Garden location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's mission. This role involves creating authentic connections with guests, providing comprehensive product education, and promoting the company's community and culture. The Sales Associate is expected to be well-versed in all aspects of product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care. Success in this position requires a collaborative team spirit and a commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in line with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's initiatives, and ensuring a welcoming and easy-to-shop environment for customers. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and support action plans focusing on areas needing improvement while highlighting growth opportunities. Additional duties involve effective sales floor coverage, educating guests and staff on products and culture, and assisting in processing shipments and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Preferred qualifications for this role include prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and a self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will foster genuine connections through empathy, compassion, integrity, and trust-building. Physical requirements include the ability to stand and move for an entire shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and safely using a ladder. Proof of the right to live and work in the UK is mandatory.

Full-time associates are expected to work 32-40 hours per week, with 100% of their time on the sales floor. A flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet business needs, which are subject to change.
