Sales Associate (Full-Time) - Burlingame

The Sales Associate at ALO in Burlingame is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's mission. This role involves creating genuine connections with customers, providing product education, and promoting the company's community and culture. The Sales Associate is expected to be knowledgeable about all aspects of the products, including features, benefits, fabrics, usage, design, and care. Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in alignment with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's Flow initiatives, and ensuring a friendly and easy-to-shop environment for customers. The Sales Associate is also tasked with building and maintaining client relationships, analyzing reports in partnership with the leadership team to strategize and deliver results, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve educating guests and staff on products, community, and culture, as well as assisting in processing shipments and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

Preferred qualifications include at least one year of prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capability to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for entire shifts. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team are essential.

Compensation for this position ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation.
