The Sales Associate at ALO's Broadway Plaza location in Walnut Creek, California, plays a pivotal role in achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include positively impacting the store environment in alignment with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's Flow initiatives, and ensuring a welcoming shopping atmosphere. The Sales Associate is expected to build and maintain client relationships, analyze sales reports to strategize improvements, and effectively cover the sales floor by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives. Additionally, the role involves educating customers about all facets of the ALO business model, including retail, yoga, and café offerings.
Preferred qualifications for this role include at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for the entire shift. Self-motivation and a desire to achieve both individual and team results are essential.
Compensation for this full-time, non-exempt position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
