Sales Associate (FTC) - Regent Street
The Sales Associate at ALO's Regent Street location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand's mission. This role involves creating genuine connections with customers, providing comprehensive product education, and promoting the company's community and culture. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and support action plans focusing on areas needing improvement while highlighting growth opportunities. Additional duties involve effective sales floor coverage, educating customers on new product launches, and confidently representing all facets of the ALO business model, including retail, yoga, and café offerings.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and a self-motivated attitude aimed at achieving results both individually and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, compassion, integrity, and the ability to build trusting relationships, are essential. Candidates must possess the right to live and work in the UK.
Compensation for this role ranges from £13 to £15 per hour, depending on experience. The position requires flexibility, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, particularly during the holiday season from the week of Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
