Sales Associate (FTC) - Manchester
The Sales Associate at ALO in Manchester is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand's mission. This role involves creating genuine connections with customers, providing product education, and promoting the company's community and culture. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities include positively impacting the store environment in line with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's initiatives, and ensuring a friendly and accessible shopping experience. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve educating customers and staff about products, community, and culture, processing shipments, and supporting visual merchandising and daily replenishment.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, self-motivation to achieve results both individually and as part of a team, and the ability to foster genuine connections through empathy and integrity. Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.
The Sales Associate is expected to work 100% of their schedule on the sales floor, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. All employees are expected to be available from the week of Thanksgiving, including Black Friday, through the first week of January.
