The Sales Associate at ALO's Kings Road location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience that aligns with the brand's mission. This role involves creating authentic connections with guests, providing comprehensive product education, and promoting the company's community and culture. The Sales Associate is expected to be well-versed in all aspects of product knowledge, including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care. This position is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities include positively impacting the business and store environment in alignment with company goals, driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's initiatives, and ensuring a friendly and accessible shopping experience for customers. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve educating guests and staff about products, community, and culture, processing shipments, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting other areas of the business as needed.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and a self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, compassion, integrity, and the ability to build trusting relationships, are essential. Candidates must be able to stand and move for an entire shift, lift up to 50 pounds, and have the legal right to live and work in the UK.
