The Sales Associate at ALO's Grafton Street location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional guest experience that aligns with the company's brand mission. This role involves creating authentic connections with customers, providing comprehensive product education, and fostering a welcoming environment that reflects ALO's commitment to mindful movement and community engagement. This is a 6-month, fixed-term contract position.

Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets through the implementation of ALO's initiatives, optimizing productivity and efficiency, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage. The Sales Associate will engage with customers to build lasting relationships, analyze reports in partnership with the leadership team to strategize and deliver results, and support action plans focusing on areas of improvement and growth opportunities. Additional duties involve processing shipments, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting other areas of the business as needed.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a client-centric sales environment, a passion for customer service, and a self-motivated attitude with a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build genuine connections, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for an entire shift, and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. Proof of the right to live and work in the UK is required.
