Sales Associate (FTC) - Covent Garden
The Sales Associate at ALO's Covent Garden location is responsible for achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with the brand's mission. Key responsibilities include driving and exceeding sales targets through ALO's initiatives, optimizing productivity, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. The Sales Associate will build and maintain client relationships, analyze sales reports to strategize and implement action plans, and ensure effective sales floor coverage. Additional duties involve educating customers about the full range of ALO's offerings, resolving client needs promptly, and assisting with visual merchandising and inventory management.
Candidates should have prior experience in a client-focused sales environment, a passion for customer service, and a self-motivated attitude toward achieving results. Essential skills include the ability to foster genuine connections, align with ALO's guiding principles, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for entire shifts. Proof of the right to live and work in the UK is required.
The role offers a competitive salary range of £57,000 to £69,000 per annum, along with benefits such as health insurance, dental and vision coverage, mental health support, employee discounts, and performance bonuses.
