The Sales Architect at KnowBe4 is a pivotal member of the sales team, responsible for providing pre-sales support to prospective customers and addressing technical challenges that may impede product adoption. This role involves identifying customer requirements and aligning them with KnowBe4's product offerings. Additionally, the Sales Architect collaborates with various departments, including Technical Support, Revenue Development, and Product Management, to resolve complex technical issues and enhance product development.

Key responsibilities include serving as a product authority both internally and externally, troubleshooting complex issues, and developing innovative product showcases. The role also entails leading product feedback discussions, delivering advanced product training sessions, and working strategically with prospects in close coordination with sales representatives. Engaging with corporate leadership in prospect organizations and leading cross-functional projects are also essential duties.

The ideal candidate should possess a two-year or technical degree, with 3-6 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering. Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers is required. Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, a proven track record of successful enterprise-level sales engagements, strong leadership and mentoring skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate integrity, accountability, and strong collaborative skills.
