Sales Administrator
Fictiv is seeking a Sales Administrator to enhance the efficiency of its U.S.-based sales team by managing critical administrative tasks. This role is pivotal in ensuring rapid response to customer needs, a cornerstone of Fictiv's success in the fast-paced manufacturing industry. The position is based in Guangzhou, China, and reports to the Costing and DFM team lead.
Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer design files within Fictiv's ERP and CRM systems, managing order information, and collaborating with both the U.S. sales team and the China costing and DFM team on tasks such as BOM management and file organization. The role also involves supporting program system management throughout the product lifecycle and contributing to system improvement projects by collecting feedback from engineers and coordinating with the production team. Additionally, the Sales Administrator provides coverage and quoting support for account executives during their absences.
The ideal candidate should possess 1-3 years of relevant experience and preferably hold a BS/BA degree. A background in manufacturing, international logistics, international trade, or English is advantageous. Essential skills include exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, strong organizational skills, and fluency in English reading and writing, with moderate proficiency in speaking and listening. Experience with modern sales tools such as CRM and ERP systems is also beneficial.
