Russian Bilingual Case Consultant
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful, is seeking a full-time Russian-speaking Case Consultant to join their team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is integral to the firm's mission of providing exceptional client service and support.
As a Case Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients facing challenging and often traumatic situations. Your responsibilities will include conducting consultations with potential clients to determine if the firm can assist them, collecting and inputting data regarding prospective cases, scheduling appointments for callbacks, sending and obtaining signed retainers via email or text, and resolving client issues professionally. The Case Control Center operates seven days a week from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, requiring candidates with flexible availability, including weekends.
Ideal candidates should be bilingual in both Russian and English, possess a high school diploma or GED (college preferred), and demonstrate excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills. The ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, adapt to an ever-changing setting, handle multiple priorities, and thrive both independently and as part of a team is essential. Reliability and dependability are crucial, along with the ability to type at least 35 words per minute with excellent writing skills while navigating multiple software applications.
Compensation for this position includes an hourly rate of $18.50 and a $250 sign-on bonus, eligible after 90 days of employment. Full-time employees are offered a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and paid holidays.
