In this role, the specialist will be responsible for conducting training sessions for entry to mid-level front-line sales staff, guiding them through the onboarding process and supporting their development during the ramp period. Key duties include coaching new team members on sales strategies, creating and sourcing enablement content such as structured slide decks, internal product one-pagers, videos, eLearning experiences, email templates, talking points, role plays, facilitator guides, and sales playbooks. Additionally, the specialist will schedule training sessions and collaborate with the Sales Onboarding Program Manager to align on new onboarding initiatives.
Ideal candidates should have experience in developing and delivering onboarding programs that effectively integrate new hires into the company culture and equip them with the necessary skills to succeed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to create engaging and informative training materials. Experience in sales enablement or a related field is preferred.
