Sr. Marketing Manager
Motive is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead its marketing efforts in the United Kingdom. Key responsibilities include developing and owning the integrated UK marketing plan, aligning activities with regional revenue and pipeline goals, and setting clear priorities across inbound marketing, product marketing, field marketing, events, and sales support. The role also involves driving targeted inbound pipeline activities in partnership with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Analytics, contributing to product marketing and localization efforts, and leading UK field marketing and events such as trade shows, customer roundtables, and executive programs.
Candidates should have 8-10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software. A proven track record in owning and executing regional or segment-level go-to-market plans that drive pipeline and revenue is essential. Strong writing, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to collaborate with senior Sales leaders and cross-functional teams. Comfort with AI to generate and localize content, as well as experience using Salesforce and marketing automation tools, is also important.
