Risk Operations Associate (CDMX) - User Policy Operations

As a Risk Operations Associate in User Policy Operations at Stripe's Mexico City office, you will be responsible for implementing and managing operational processes that support responsible market growth and instill trust among users and partners. Your role involves assessing potential risks associated with business partnerships, making informed decisions that balance opportunity with compliance to protect Stripe’s brand and reputation. You will also investigate and triage escalations across multiple channels, providing accurate and timely responses to stakeholders.

In this position, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business units, legal teams, and financial partners, to communicate User Policy requirements and ensure alignment with Stripe’s mission and value proposition. Utilizing analytics, you will optimize strategies enforceable across Stripe's portfolio and develop operational processes that ensure compliance with internal rules and external regulations. Additionally, you will identify gaps within current User Policy frameworks, recommending enhancements to support sustainable business practices and progressive growth, and participate in periodic business reviews to evaluate the impact of User Policy on Stripe’s market performance.
