RevOps Manager, NAMER Territory Strategy & Operations
Gong is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to focus on Territory Strategy & Operations within the North American market. This role is integral to accelerating revenue growth and enhancing seller productivity through data-driven investment strategies and scalable territory designs. The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence by streamlining workflows and eliminating bottlenecks in the territory design and planning process. Key duties include conducting in-depth research and data analysis to inform strategic recommendations, partnering with Sales and Revenue Operations teams to provide essential dashboards and reporting tools, and leading special projects such as market expansion and vertical alignment. Additionally, the role involves maintaining accurate territory mapping in CRM systems and ensuring the smooth execution of go-to-market initiatives through comprehensive impact analysis and proactive communication.
Candidates should possess 3–5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, or a related go-to-market planning function. A deep understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market models, sales territories, and segmentation strategies is essential. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools are required, along with experience in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills are necessary, as is the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Applicants must be within commuting distance of one of Gong's hub locations and able to work in-office two days per week.
