The Revenue Strategy Senior Manager at Wellhub's Wellz division will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategies and revenue operations. Wellz is a corporate mental health platform that combines technology with human expertise to offer personalized journeys, including online therapy, group sessions, interactive content, and 24/7 specialist chat support. This role involves close collaboration with the Revenue Strategy & Ops Director, Revenue Directors, and the Wellz CEO, operating as the strategic brain across six commercial fronts: Marketing, Sales Development, Sales Enterprise, SMB, Client Success, and Indirect Channels.

Key responsibilities include defining and continuously refining Wellz's go-to-market architecture by prioritizing segments and activating channels in a strategic sequence. The role entails leading the annual and quarterly revenue planning processes, building and maintaining forecast models, and presenting revenue projections to senior leadership. Additionally, the position involves monitoring competitive dynamics and market shifts to translate insights into strategic recommendations, owning the strategic layer of pricing decisions, and leading high-impact projects such as new market entries and channel developments.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in Revenue Strategy, Revenue Operations, Go-To-Market Strategy, or Management Consulting, with significant exposure to B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services. Experience in scale-up or high-growth environments is highly desirable. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills to derive clear strategic recommendations from complex commercial data, a deep understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, and channel operations, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Fluency in English is mandatory, as the role operates in a global context and interfaces regularly with international leadership and European market teams.
