Revenue Enablement Manager [Supply & Partnerships]
Engine is seeking a Revenue Enablement Manager to support its Supply and Partnerships teams. This role involves developing and implementing training programs, creating documentation, and facilitating tool adoption to enhance the performance of sales leaders and partners. The position is fully remote within the United States.
Key responsibilities include developing partner sales programs, managing content and knowledge, creating playbooks, delivering training, supporting tool adoption, and overseeing communication and rollout support. The role also involves designing structured onboarding programs and continuous training to ensure teams are equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales strategies.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in sales or revenue enablement, particularly supporting Supply, Partnerships, or B2B sales teams. Proficiency with tools like GTM Buddy, Outreach, Attention, Salesforce, PRM platforms, and Crossbeam is preferred. Strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams are essential.
