Candidates must have previous experience working with Axiom, which includes interviewing for and being accepted to the waitlist or actively engaging with a client through Axiom. An active bar membership in good standing is required for attorneys. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. A passion for innovation in legal practice is also highly valued.
Compensation for full-time attorney roles ranges from $104,500 to $325,000 per year, while non-attorney roles offer between $71,250 and $309,750 annually. Compensation decisions are based on various factors, including experience, skills, certifications, location, and business needs.
