Retail Experience Specialist
The Retail Experience Specialist at ALO is responsible for developing and implementing projects and programs that enhance the in-store experience for customers. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create content and initiatives that align with the company's vision and strategy, ensuring that store teams are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Key responsibilities include creating and evolving selling and styling content, developing written communications such as newsletters, producing and managing video content, and creating monthly trend and insight reports. The specialist also designs facilitator guides and supporting materials for store experience programs, supports the development of learning tools in various formats, and ensures all learning assets are clear and ready for field execution.
Required qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills, graphic design and video editing experience, strong organizational skills, and 3-5 years of experience in retail management, training, or learning design. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite is required, and experience supporting virtual or in-person facilitation is a plus.
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000 per year, with actual salaries varying based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Additional rewards may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
