Retail Coordinator, North America
The Retail Coordinator is a pivotal role within Alo, directly supporting the Vice President of Stores for North America. This position is integral to driving strategic execution, ensuring operational clarity, and fostering business alignment across the field organization. The ideal candidate will bring structure, professionalism, and a trusted partnership to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities include creating polished, executive-level recap decks and business presentations, acting as a proxy for the VP in cross-functional discussions to ensure clarity and alignment, and coordinating with departments such as Retail Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, Buying/Planning, and Allocations to streamline communication and support business needs. Additionally, the role involves planning and managing meetings for field leadership, tracking key action items and deadlines, processing expense reports, managing complex travel itineraries, and maintaining updated documentation and communication tools to support field consistency and productivity.
Candidates should possess 2–4 years of experience supporting retail leadership, field operations, or business management in a corporate or headquarters environment. Exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in PowerPoint with an eye for executive-level storytelling, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience in coordinating complex meetings or events, the ability to build relationships across all levels, high attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive information are also required. Occasional travel to stores or field meetings may be necessary.
The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 per year, with actual salaries varying based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Additional rewards may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
