Everlaw is seeking an experienced Renewals Specialist to establish a contract renewal center of excellence. As the inaugural member of this specialized team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing opportunity management efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Strategy and Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to forecast, manage, and close renewal opportunities effectively. Your contributions will significantly impact customer success and Everlaw's financial performance.

In this role, you will become an expert in Everlaw's Quote-to-Cash systems, billing models, and internal technologies, including Salesforce, Gong, Ironclad, and Gainsight. Responsibilities include orchestrating the T-120 renewal process, managing renewal plans, tracking milestones, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring timely deal execution. Additionally, you will oversee operational aspects of renewals, such as guiding agreements through Ironclad, confirming terms, obtaining signatures, managing extensions, and maintaining accurate opportunity and quote data.

The ideal candidate possesses at least three years of experience as a Renewal Specialist within a SaaS environment. You should be capable of working autonomously, building credible relationships with cross-functional partners, and exemplifying Everlaw's values. Exceptional communication skills are essential for providing clear updates, identifying risks early, and aligning stakeholders. A customer-centric and commercially minded approach is crucial for making informed decisions that balance risks and trade-offs.

This full-time, exempt position is based in Everlaw's Oakland, CA office, following a hybrid work schedule: in-office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays. The annual base salary ranges from $68,800 to $103,200, with additional on-target earnings between $17,200 and $25,800, representing an 80/20 compensation split.
