The Renewals Manager at Conga is responsible for overseeing the entire renewal lifecycle for a designated portfolio of customers across the Americas. This role is pivotal in safeguarding and expanding Conga's recurring revenue by ensuring timely and high-quality renewals that align with both customer objectives and business goals. Positioned between Sales and Customer Success teams, the Renewals Manager proactively manages renewal risks, negotiates contract terms, and collaborates cross-functionally to provide a seamless renewal experience.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of renewal accounts, engaging customers proactively 90–180 days prior to renewal to assess health and align on terms, and maintaining an accurate renewal forecast in Salesforce and Clari. The Renewals Manager leads renewal negotiations focusing on value realization and contract simplification, structures renewal proposals with multi-year options and price escalation clauses, and partners with Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance to resolve non-standard contract terms. Additionally, the role involves identifying at-risk accounts early, developing mitigation strategies, tracking churn drivers, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities during the renewal process.

Candidates should have 3–6+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, account management, or customer success with a quota-carrying role, and a proven track record managing a renewal book of business with ARR of $5M+. Strong negotiation skills, proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Clari, and a solid understanding of key renewal and retention metrics are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders, and a high degree of organization to manage 100+ renewal accounts simultaneously are also required.
