Sr Technical Architect
Conga is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead technical requirement gathering sessions and develop comprehensive technical architecture documents. This role is integral to Conga's mission of unifying commercial operations, enabling businesses to operate as connected, smarter entities. With a customer base exceeding 10,000 worldwide, including over 50% of the Fortune 100®, Conga specializes in aligning pricing, quoting, contracting, rebates, and communications to ensure seamless operations and profitable growth.
The Senior Technical Architect will be responsible for configuring assets, promotions, product rules, pricing rules, and constraint rules. Key duties include designing solutions using REST API, APEX, and Visualforce to enhance Salesforce integration, as well as utilizing tools like Confluence and JIRA for documenting technical requirements. The role also involves designing and maintaining scalable and secure product solution architectures, analyzing system performance, and implementing Agile and Scrum methodologies for project execution.
Candidates must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least five years of progressively responsible experience in delivering SaaS business solutions. Essential skills include expertise in configuring Salesforce components, proficiency in REST API, APEX, and Visualforce, and experience with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Git, and Bitbucket. A strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies is also required.
