Remote EOIR Case Assistant VA

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC, is seeking a Remote EOIR Case Assistant VA to join its expanding legal team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong client-service attitude and excellent case management skills, particularly those with at least two years of experience in immigration law. The position requires an in-depth understanding of procedural requirements for EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) cases, as well as the ability to prepare, file, and manage various immigration-related petitions. The legal assistant will participate in all aspects of the firm's immigration law practice, including managing client relationships, case preparation, review, and analysis.
