Registered Nurse - Senior Living
Savoy Life, a technology-enabled healthcare services startup under Red Cell Partners, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hands-on clinical support for seniors in various settings, including individual homes, assisted living, independent living, and memory care facilities. This role involves extensive care coordination and collaboration with residents, caregivers, primary care providers, and senior living community staff to enhance resident outcomes.
Key responsibilities include conducting assessments and ongoing check-ins to identify and support care needs, assisting Advanced Practice Providers in developing and implementing chronic condition care plans, and coordinating care through collaboration with primary care providers, specialists, and families. The RN will also maintain accurate documentation in Savoy Life's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and provide clinical expertise to on-site staff to support high-quality resident care.
Candidates must hold an active compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington or Idaho and possess a valid driver's license. A strong background in geriatric care, experience in care planning for chronic conditions, and proficiency in electronic medical record-keeping are essential. The ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and adapt to new processes within a growing startup environment is also required.
