The Head of Defense Growth will also prioritize opportunities across the portfolio, architect creative solutions by leveraging capabilities from multiple portfolio companies, and build a scalable business development engine that portfolio companies can integrate into.

The ideal candidate possesses 12–20+ years of private sector experience selling to the public sector, with a focus on defense or national security. They should have a proven track record of owning the full lifecycle from early engagement through capture, award, and post-award expansion, with at least $100M+ in cumulative contract value. The role requires a creative problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity, capable of making decisive calls, and accountable for outcomes.
