Regional Account Executive (SMB/MM) (Position located in Singapore)
The Regional Account Executive (SMB/MM) position at KnowBe4 in Singapore focuses on acquiring new small to mid-sized business accounts and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role is integral to KnowBe4's mission of enhancing organizational security through human risk management solutions. The successful candidate will join a dynamic sales team dedicated to promoting KnowBe4's suite of products and services.
Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. The role involves promoting and selling KnowBe4's range of products to existing customers, building and maintaining a pipeline of business opportunities through various prospecting methods, and conducting product demonstrations. Additionally, the executive will follow up on leads, articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4's products, and collaborate with channel sales representatives and customer success managers to close deals and support account growth.
Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses. A bachelor's degree or higher education equivalent is desirable. Familiarity with IT, security, or cybersecurity concepts is beneficial. Proficiency in Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers is expected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a self-motivated and energetic approach, strong collaboration and teamwork abilities, and the capacity to work with minimal supervision are essential.
