Regional Account Executive (Enterprise) (Fluent in Japanese) (Position located in Tokyo, Japan)
The Regional Account Executive (Enterprise) at KnowBe4 is responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding relationships with existing ones to maximize revenue opportunities. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan, and requires fluency in Japanese. KnowBe4 is a global leader in Human Risk Management, providing AI-driven solutions to over 70,000 organizations worldwide to enhance their security culture.
Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new enterprise accounts within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. The executive will promote and sell KnowBe4's range of products to existing customers, aiming to surpass cross-sale and expansion sales targets. Building and maintaining a pipeline of enterprise opportunities through various prospecting methods, conducting product demonstrations, and following up on leads are essential day-to-day activities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience selling to enterprise-sized businesses. A bachelor's degree or higher education equivalent is desirable. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT, security, or cybersecurity industry is advantageous. Proficiency in Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers is expected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese are required, along with a motivated, energetic, and self-starting attitude. Strong collaborative and teamwork skills are essential, and the ability to work with minimal supervision is necessary.
