Referral Manager
Morgan & Morgan, a leading personal injury law firm, is seeking a Referral Manager to join their team in Miami, Florida. The firm is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals against large corporations and insurance companies. As a Referral Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding the firm's network by establishing and nurturing relationships with law firms in your designated territory.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and planning your daily and weekly activities, including setting up meetings with new law firms and conducting follow-up communications. You will maintain engagement with both active and prospective accounts, ensuring that leads are managed effectively. Attending sales meetings, events, and internal training seminars will be essential to stay informed about industry trends and firm offerings. Your goal will be to acquire a substantial number of leads, build and maintain client relationships, and consistently meet or exceed financial targets.
The ideal candidate will possess an active attorney licensure in any state and have over three years of experience in business development or account management, preferably within legal sales. Established relationships with personal injury firms in the Miami area are highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. The ability to analyze financial data to inform decisions will be beneficial.
